Refund Policy

At NullFlag we want every customer to have a great experience with our products and services.

To make sure you always have access to the latest features, performance improvements, and timely support, your license renews automatically each billing cycle. You’ll receive a reminder email 14 days before your renewal date, and you can easily disable auto-renewal anytime in your Account Portal under License Details.

Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. Your license will stay active until it expires at the end of the billing period.

If you find within 30 days of your initial purchase that our product doesn’t meet your needs, we’re happy to help. Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to reach out to our support team—many issues can be quickly resolved, and personalized assistance is part of what you paid for.

We strive to deliver reliable, high-quality products and outstanding customer service. However, if you’d still like a refund, we’ll honor your request under the following conditions:

  • Annual plans: Refund requests made within 30 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • Monthly Cloud plans: Refund requests made within 15 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund.
